Not only was the food amazing but the design of the entire hotel felt like you were at an oasis far away from everything. Best place to come to relax, enjoy great food and hop into the lake which is connected to the property! Can’t wait to come back…

Great place to stay. Very romantic area, great staff. The room was nice and exactly what we would have expected for a Nicaragua hotel room. The breakfast was awesome and the staff was very accommodating.

Without doubt, Casa Marimba is a little slice of paradise! It was my first visit there and will definitely return! If you're looking for an intimate, peaceful, great food, warm host (Iban), look no further - this is THE place to call home during your time in Laguna de Apoyo...!

This cute place is absolutely beautiful! Located directly next to the lake, with amazing views from the rooms and the restaurant in the middle of pure nature.
The food is amazing as well. I tried the vegan burger, which was fantastic! Order it and you won’t regret it!
Also the staff is super nice..!
